Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana remains optimistic despite his team losing 2-1 to Brighton in their second game of the season.
“It’s difficult to take because we had a good game, we had more chances than them. It’s difficult but we’re still positive. We have big players, we’re a big club and it’s the second game of the season. There’s a lot of ambition going into this season so we’re still very positive.”
Asked if the team could have avoided the goal, he said: “Of course, maybe, but it’s part of the game. We came here to win and unfortunately we didn’t win. I don’t want to talk about mistakes because if we win, we win together. If we lose, we lose together. We have a big game next week and we have to win.”
On how the team will cope with this defeat, “It’s just a positive thing to do because in difficult times we have to stick together. We’ll watch the video Promotion Ufabet and stick together. We’re here to win and we have to see where we went wrong. I have no doubts.”
Onana speaking about his ambitions for this season: “To win in every competition. We know what this shirt means, so we have to fight for every trophy. This club is one of the biggest in the world.”
